Nature of Our Services
Casales Consulting Corp provides professional consulting services, including business strategy, operations improvement, project support, market research, vendor coordination, administrative consulting, software advisory, marketing advisory, and business documentation. Because services often involve time, research, planning, professional expertise, and customized deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the status of work performed.
Consultation Fees
Fees paid for completed consultations are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If a client pays for a scheduled consultation and needs to reschedule, the client should contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Project Deposits
Some consulting projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits may be used to reserve project time, begin research, purchase required software or resources, coordinate vendors, prepare documentation, or start project planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started or project resources have been purchased.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if payment was made in error, a duplicate payment was received, Casales Consulting Corp is unable to provide the agreed service, the client cancels before work starts and before any resources are purchased, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds are not typically available for completed consulting sessions, completed research, delivered documents, completed milestones, vendor coordination already performed, or customized consulting work already started.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation in writing by emailing nadia@casalesconsultnc.com. Cancellation requests should include the client name, business name, invoice number if available, and reason for cancellation. If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for fees related to completed work, time spent, vendor commitments, purchased resources, and administrative costs.
Cancellation by Casales Consulting Corp
Casales Consulting Corp reserves the right to cancel or decline a project if the requested service is outside our scope, the client provides incomplete or inaccurate information, the project involves unlawful or misleading activity, the client fails to make required payments, or the project creates a conflict of interest or compliance concern. If we cancel a project before work begins, the client may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid for services not yet performed.
Service Revisions
If a client believes a deliverable does not match the agreed scope of work, the client should contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the concern and may provide reasonable revisions if the request is within the original project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
Payment Security & Billing
Casales Consulting Corp provides quote-based consulting services. Before work begins, clients receive a proposal, invoice, or written service summary outlining the agreed scope of work, payment amount, payment schedule, and expected deliverables.
Payments are processed through approved third-party providers.
We do not store full card numbers directly on this website.
